Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Support the development and launch of high-quality experiences for plan sponsors and participants.
• Identify and prioritize features based on customer needs, business goals, and market trends.
• Ensure timely and accurate user stories that are clear, concise, and actionable.
• Support the definition of acceptance criteria and work closely with the development team to ensure on-time and within-scope delivery of user stories.
• Collaborate with the UI/UX team to develop information/interaction architecture, user flows, wireframes, and visual design comps.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and regularly communicate progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
• Analyze product performance and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions about product improvements and new features for leadership.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Product Management/Business Analyst role, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
